The members of the ELEN Board of Directors met in January 2015 in Berlin to learn about and evaluate the entry into the ELEN network of the Gulpen & Garay studio in Berlin and to decide on the assignment of the title of Representative for Germany in the lawyer’s network German Catalina Garay.
